Jia Guo

I am a researcher who has extensive knowledge and experience in user experience research, usability evaluation, user-centered design, human factors engineering, and statistical analysis. I received my Ph.D. and M.A. degrees in Psychology from Duke University and a M.S. degree in Cognitive Science from Beijing Normal University. My projects span from human information interaction, user experience, cross-cultural user attitudes and behaviors, social cognition, and reading processes.

I am currently pursuing a career in industry where I can bring my knowledge, research expertise, and technical skills to solve important user experience and marketing practice problems. I also hope to transform my findings into design guidelines and business strategies to help create more distinctive and competitive product and service offerings.
